1. The performance parameters of carbon molecular sieve are reduced, because the carbon molecular sieve of nitrogen making equipment is poisoned, and the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve is reduced. To put it bluntly, the carbon molecular sieve poisoning of nitrogen production equipment refers to the fact that the application manufacturer failed to maintain the gas degreasing and water removal system software immediately, causing oil stains to enter the adsorption tower of the nitrogen production equipment, and the oil stains will block the carbon molecular sieve suction. The oxygen atom cannot be absorbed by the cavity, so there will be a high oxygen content in the N2 that eventually comes out of the steam flow meter. At this time, the user should be integrated with production and must immediately replace and replace the air filter, automatic filter valve, and oil-removing activated carbon. The key is to replace the nitrogen-generating equipment absorbent, so that all normal nitrogen-generating working capabilities can be restored. Improve the purity of N2 for the maintenance of nitrogen production equipment.
2. The air volume of the air compressor is not enough, or the working pressure is not enough. Insufficient gas supply will cause the inlet and outlet gas to be lower than the required N2 index value, which will result in insufficient N2 purity at the inlet and outlet.
